We did a silent roll out of the new day pod a few days ago but the way we distribute it and communicate the solution needs improvements before sharp roll out. The first two guests that booked it both showed up with expectation to be able to sleep overnight in the pod even though it says clearly that it is for day time only. Wrong expectations needs immediate action to prevent dissatisfaction.
